What Would Your Billboard Say?

The other day I was driving my usual route and noticed a new billboard being erected. It was in that half and half stage. Half old message and half new. It got me thinking – what would my billboard say if this one was mine for a day. What would my message be? Here’s what came to my mind before I reached the next busy intersection:

LIFE IS SHORT, EAT MORE CHOCOLATE

CHOOSE CIVILITY

WHAT’S YOUR HURRY?

YOU ARE UNIQUE

Billboard in Sydney, Australia.

VOLUNTEER                                            YOU HAVE A LOT TO GIVE

SNEEZE INTO YOUR ELBOW PLEASE

MAKE SOMEONE SMILE TODAY

DON’T EVEN THINK OF TEXTING

FOR EVERY CUP OF OVERPRICED DESIGNER COFFEE                               GIVE ONE CAN OF FOOD TO THE FOOD BANK

UNDERWEAR IS CALLED UNDER WEAR FOR A REASON

VOTE                                                                                                                                                   MANY DIED TO GIVE US THAT RIGHT

PUT THE PHONE DOWN WHEN TALKING TO YOUR CHILDREN

BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD                                                       ~Mahatma Gandhi

PLEASE, THANK YOU, YOU’RE WELCOME, I’M SORRY                                                     SAY THEM OFTEN AND WITH SINCERITY

KINDNESS IS CONTAGIOUS                                                                                                        PASS IT ON

If you had a billboard for a day what would it say? What message would you like to put on the highway for all to read? Plaster it in the comment section below.
